  • Are intact dogs allowed to participate in group classes at Cleverdogs?
    Absolutely! At Cleverdogs, we welcome intact dogs to join our group classes. However, if your female dog is in heat, we kindly request that she wear appropriate protective pants or garments to class. This policy ensures that all dogs can participate comfortably and safely. We're excited to help your dog learn and grow with us!
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my class?

If you need to reschedule or cancel a training session, you have up to 48 hours prior to the class start time to make these changes and receive a full refund. This allows others the opportunity to enroll in class. If you find that you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled class, please contact us directly. Our team will work with you to find the best solution, though please note that refunds or rescheduling opportunities may be limited within this shorter timeframe.   • How do I cancel or reschedule my service with CleverDogs?
    To cancel or reschedule your booking you can do so up to 48 hours in advance using these steps: 1. **Visit Our Website**: Go to the Cleverdogs website and log in to your account. 2. **Navigate to Bookings**: Click on the 'My Bookings' section where you'll see a list of your upcoming training sessions. 3. **Select the Session**: Choose the specific session you wish to cancel or reschedule. 4. **Modify Your Booking**: Click on the 'Cancel' or 'Reschedule' button next to the session. If rescheduling, you'll be able to select a new date and time that suits you. 5. **Confirmation**: After you've made the changes, you'll receive a confirmation email. Make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder) for this confirmation.
  • Where can I see my upcoming classes?
    You can view your upcoming bookings for Cleverdogs training sessions through our dedicated client portal. Once you book a session, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to the portal. Simply log in with your registered email and password to access your schedule. The portal provides a detailed calendar of your booked sessions, including dates, times, and the specific training modules you have enrolled in.     To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
