Liability Waiver & Policies

 

CleverDogs, LLC will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions.  However, I recognize that CleverDogs, LLC  is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions.  I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. 

 

Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless CleverDogs, LLC of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog while under CleverDogs, LLC instruction or control and under my own care as a result of following training instructions.  

 

I (we) agree to hold CleverDogs, LLC and the owners of the premises upon which the classes, training, or events are held and their employees harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or upon the training center’s premises or ground.   

 

I (we) personally assume all responsibility and liability for such claim, and I (we) understand that agility, dog play and activities could cause injury to my dog or myself, and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, damage, or injury caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or other cause or causes.I have been told by CleverDogs, LLC  and understand the inherent risks in owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others.
