ODOR RECOGNITION TESTS

Entries close Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 8:00 AM Eastern or when entry limits have been met.  If entry limits have not been met, entries the day of the ORT between 11am and noon will also be accepted for an additional $5 handling fee per test.

An ORT must be taken and passed at least 14 days before a trial opening date to be eligible for the first draw period.

Entry forms are per dog/handler team

Second Dog Policy: 2 dogs per handler per odor

To obtain a WCRL # go to WCRL Dog Registration. For dogs that have both WCRL and USDAA number, enter the WCRL number to ensure your results will be recorded correctly.

I (we) agree that CleverDogs has the right to refuse this entry for any cause, which the organizing committee alone shall deem to be sufficient. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, of the holding of the event, and of the opportunity to have the dog participate and/or to be judged,

I/We hereby assume all risks of, and responsibility for, accidents and/or damage to myself or to my property or to others, resulting from the actions of my dog. I/We expressly agree that CleverDogs, Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus/Dublin, 5100 Upper Metro Place, Dublin, Ohio 43017, and/or NACSW or any other person, or persons, of said groups, shall not be held liable personally, or collectively, under any circumstances, for injury, and/or damage to my person, for loss or injury to my property, whether due to uncontrolled dogs or negligence of any member of said groups, or any other cause, or causes.  I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss of this dog by disappearance, theft, death or otherwise, and from any claim for damage or injury to the dog, whether such loss, disappearance, appearance, theft, damage, or injury be caused or alleged to be caused by the negligence of the parties aforementioned, or by the negligence of any other person, or any other cause or causes.
