Cancellations must be made within 48–72 hours of your scheduled session (depending on the service) to receive a full refund. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or missed appointments will result in no refund. For packages or memberships, please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from CleverDogs related to your services, including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Class registrations and scheduling
- Program updates
- Customer service communications
